    ADVENT CONCERT OF SWEDISH MUSIC

    One Hundred Years: Advent Concert Sunday, December 4th at 4:00 pm in Grace’s Sanctuary We will kick off a six-month period of celebration for our lovely building with an Advent concert of vocal music accompanied by guitar, piano, and fiddle.  The concert music will be performed primarily in Swedish and by Swedish composers, marking the beginning of a number of events that celebrate the centennial anniversary of Grace Church.  This concert brings Advent, Lucia, and Christmas music to life from a variety of genres and time periods.  Musicians include Ingela Eilert Haaland (vocal), Kristi McNellis (piano), Mary Londborg (fiddle), Jeff Marr (guitar), and Jack Pearson (guitar). A reception featuring Scandinavian treats will follow in the Fellowship Hall. Parking for the concert is in the Fairview Hospital Parking Ramp – you can receive a voucher at the concert which will allow you to exit the ramp for free.
