We like to get the word out! News from Grace goes out to the community in several ways: Sunday worship bulletins, weekly emails (usually Wednesdays), monthly newsletters, on this website on our Announcements and Beyond the Grace Community pages, and Facebook posts. Do you have announcements you’d like to include? If your announcement fits our guidelines, we’d be glad to include it in our communications. These are helpful things to know when submitting announcements:

Contact information for the organizer or for RSVP-ing and/or a website link for more information
Wednesday emailed announcements—by Tuesday at 12 noon
Sunday bulletin announcements—by Thursday at 12 noon*
Monthly newsletter articles—by the 3rd Monday of the preceding month at 12 noon*
We prefer all announcements and articles be emailed to email@example.com.
*Occasionally articles and announcements are due earlier than normal to accommodate a vacation or holiday schedule. Check with the office to confirm deadlines.
The calendar on this website syncs frequently with our official calendar at Grace, so events are generally up-to-date. To request space use and/or an event be added to our calendar, please contact the office with your request: firstname.lastname@example.org. Priority is given to events of interest to our immediate congregation; other groups or individuals may request space use for events, recitals, or meetings—rental fees may apply.
