Grace is a place for people of ALL ages, including kids!
2022-2023 Children, Youth, and Family Event Brochure
We also connect online through our Grace University Families Facebook page—visit the page and request to be added. This is a closed group intended for support and ideas as we raise the young people in our lives.
Sunday School Classes for preschoolers through 7th graders meet Sundays during Grace Time from 9:15 am to 10:15 am, September-May. Caring and experienced teachers use a dynamic curriculum to encourage the faith of our youngest members through Bible stories, activities, discussions and class projects. Visit our Sunday School page to find links to fill out a registration form or photo permission form.

Youth
Our youth meet occasionally. You will just have to come to discover what we’re up to!
Besides Sundays, our youth gather periodically to serve together and have fun together.
Each summer our youth go on a service trip to serve and work alongside individuals and families: Appalachia, Denver, Detroit, San Francisco, Chicago, Houston, and Puerto Rico are some of the places we’ve been. Keep your eyes peeled for opportunities to support our youth and their fundraising for this life-changing trip!

Confirmation
Our Confirmation program students meet Sunday mornings and for a few retreat through the year, on a two-year cycle, with students beginning Confirmation Class in 7th or 8th grade and being confirmed in the fall following the second full year of the program (9th or 10th grade). Learn more on our Confirmation page. The current class began in Fall 2021 and will be confirmed on October 29, 2023.
Christmas Program

Angels, shepherds and wise people gather around Mary, Joseph, and Jesus while the Christmas story is read.
On the Sunday closest to Epiphany (early January) we hold our two-part pageant: gifts for Jesus (shared talents…a drawing, a song, a dance, a magic trick, etc.) between worship services in our fellowship hall, and a simple telling of the nativity story during worship. Children are invited to participate by both sharing their talents and assuming a role of angel, shepherd, or wise person in the story.
Grace has adopted a Children and Youth Safety Policy – read it here: Grace Children and Youth Safety Policy
